During the Aerobics classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the routines are varied and changed over a period of time. Each week I may replace one of the Aerobic classes with Fitness Balance or Circuit training etc.
Circuit Training allows one to achieve the benefits of both aerobic & anaerobic exercise in the same exercise session.
By adding Circuit Training to an Aerobics class it will bring out the shape, detail and definition of the muscle.
Here is an example of a Circuit routine showing the different stations in which each client would stop at to complete the designated exercise.
