This is my Aerobics page where I will do my best to answer all your questions.
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of (fitness flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).
I usually performed to music With the aim of preventing illness and promoting physical fitness.

My aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity, and so with this in mind,
I always try to adapt my classes to allow participants to select their own level of participation according to their fitness level, so if you feel you might not be able to keep up please don't worry.
You are here to exercise at your own pace and no one elses!.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Firstly, lets start with the clothes..
I don't perform my classes at Muscle beach, Miami, Florida (Thank god) so basically what Im saying is, stick on any old gear that you feel you will be comfortable in for 40 minutes Aerobics eg, Jogging bottoms, T-shirt etc. I always tell people to ware layers so it is easier to cool down by removing a layer or two,  not to mention covering back up to face our beautiful English weather on the way home.

Your footwear will be very important when doing any fitness/exercise classes for obvious reasons. Again, you will be moving to music, jumping, stepping etc for some time so a good pair of trainers is a sensable choice. Most good sports shops will assist you when buying the right footwear.

During the class it is normal for your body to start to dehydrate so please do bring a bottle of water or other hydration drink to sip during the class. If like me your a bit of a sweaty betty, I would recommend a small towel or flannel for wiping yourself down.
